Payment

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover for payment. Once your order is placed, we perform a standard pre-authorization on your payment method to ensure sufficient funds are available. If there is any issue with your billing information, we may reach out to you for verification before shipping your order.

Order confirmation

Order status

Please note that we have a 3-5 working day shipping process (not including weekends or holidays) from the time your order is placed. 

A 'Processing' status means that your order has not yet been shipped.

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.
